I understand that by submitting this application a $500 plus HST payment will be required to feature my business in The RED Pages’ Preferred Vendor Directory for 1 year, and I have full permission to submit this application on behalf of my business.

The $500 plus HST is an annual fee, which will auto renew on Jan 1st of each year. The subscription shall be prorated based on the date of enrolment. For example, if enrolment is effective March 1, 2023 the calculation for the remainder of 2023 would be 365 days - 59 days (January and February) = 306 days. The cost of the program is $500 plus HST per year (365 days) = $500 divided by 365 = $1.37 per day.

Therefore, we would charge someone that is enrolling on March 1, 2023, 306 x $1.37 = $419.22 for the remainder of 2023, and they will be invoiced in December 2023 for their 2024 enrolment in the amount of $500 plus HST for the 2024 year. Enrolment is effective when the Preferred Vendor has been published on this directory.

Should a Preferred Vendor wish to cancel their subscription, all requests must be submitted in writing to MCA@MyIntegrity.ca and they will not be eligible for any refunds. Royal LePage Integrity Realty reserves the right to remove a Preferred Vendor for any reason at their sole discretion. Upon doing so the subscriber shall receive a refund on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of that year.

I hereby acknowledge that participation in The Red Pages - Preferred Vendor Program for Royal LePage Integrity Realty in no way constitutes a partnership, joint venture agreement, or employer/employee relationship with Royal LePage Integrity Realty or its Realtor(s), and that by choosing to participate in the program, I further acknowledge that Royal LePage Integrity Realty makes no representation or guarantee of any kind in terms of results that may be achieved from such participation.

Further, by participating in the program, I acknowledge that I shall not represent that my business is in any way affiliated with Royal LePage Integrity Realty, and agree to save harmless Royal LePage Integrity Realty, its successors and assigns, from any and all actions resulting from participation in this program. In addition, I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement, and that there is no other agreement expressed or implied.
