We’re building a small, high-performance team of 9 agents to handle 400 online leads that Royal LePage will distribute to our brokerage this year. If you’re serious about growth, disciplined in your follow-up, and ready to convert leads into real business, this is your opportunity.
To qualify for a seat, you must:
✅ Attend the info session on Wednesday, Oct 29 at 1:00 PM
✅ Use the RLP Sphere platform for lead management
✅ Respond to all incoming leads within 5 minutes or less
✅ Participate in regular accountability meetings
✅ Contribute a 22% referral fee to the office on closed transactions
Members of the eLeads team can expect to receive 40+ qualified online leads per year—but only if you meet the standard.
