What is the Education Committee?

The Education Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing brokerage training sessions throughout the year. Our goal is to provide high-quality, relevant training opportunities to help agents at every stage of their career excel and grow their business.

The Education Committee collaborates with industry experts, local leaders, and top-performing agents to deliver impactful workshops, panels, and development sessions. We also ensure that training pathways align with agent goals, helping them achieve greater success in their real estate careers.

The committee is also responsible for the structure and ongoing updates of our Momentum365 training pathway, ensuring agents have clear, progressive steps for growth and development.
